"Achieving success in your external growth operations" services offering launch

June Partners moves its development strategy forward, announcing that Vincent Plunian is coming on board as a partner.

Vincent will be in charge of delivering services, both for externalizing the build-up function and complex asset divestments (carve-out, non-strategic assets, restructuring). He will also provide operational advising to the management and the shareholders of the ETI in their process.

The leadership team now includes 9 partners: Marc-Antoine Cabrelli, Cyrille Breucq, Cédric Hetzel, Fabrice Keller, Frédéric Lumeau, Guillaume Masseron, Frédéric Piolti, Xavier Négiar and Vincent Plunian, as well as roughly forty staff members.

According to Marc-Antoine Cabrelli: “After recently announcing the acquisition of I.E.N., specializing in restructuring and led by Xavier Négiar, Vincent’s arrival as build-up offerings and complex asset divestment lead is an important new contribution for June Partners.

Our collective ambition is to position ourselves as a key firm bringing together a team of senior exports in financial performance improvement.”
